Black Rain Warning in HK

This Morning we had a Black Rain warning in HK, this simply means terrential downpours. I have never seen so much rain falling so quickly. Adding to the problem is that we have had rain for the past 3 weeks so the rivers, drains etc are already full. Luckily we escaped the floods, but the airport highway is completely under water including a few cars
